Welcome to Koi Crisis. (Who Is Koi Crisis?) I am sure since you're here, that it's an unhappy day for you because your fish are sick, and you care about them quite a bit like most people care for their pet dogs and cats. I'd wager your Koi and Goldfish have names and personalities. You might have thought that would make you 'exceptional' or rare, but having a Koi collection and having a sentimental attachment to the fish is entirely "the norm" among Koi Keepers.

What I propose to do in this web site is ask you a few basic questions to help define a few "action items" for you to attack. Then I will ask you to find your fish symptoms one by one from a special section in this web site. You will be given the opportunity to "click on" the fish image, "where" your fish are having their troubles, and I will give you personalized, step by step instructions on the remedy to the problem with any background where applicable. Let's get started right away.

+ Please consider this short tutorial "First Things First"

?	So, the fish are sick; are they dying REALLY quickly? Like 3 or more per day? Yes, the fish are dying fast. No, it's more like an "illness" with gradual losses.

?	Did you 'quarantine' any new fish you bought or brought in lately? Yes (Article on proper quarantine to reinforce your excellent technique) No, I added new fish without quarantine (Article on what a dumbass you were.)

?	How crowded is the pond? Less than an inch of fish per ten gallons of water Less than 2 inches of fish per ten gallons of water Much more than 2 inches of fish per ten gallons.

?	Have you got 'numbers' for the water's Ammonia, Nitrite, Nitrate and pH as well as KH? Yes, The tests were 'good' or 'normal'. (Still not quite good enough) I have not tested yet because I don't understand what the heck you mean. I have not tested, because I don't think it's water quality.

?	How much and how often, of what, do you feed the fish? I feed once per week I feed once per day I feed two times a day I feed many times a day

Of course, I don't want to be rude, but if you don't have any idea about any of the above and you're not willing to do fifteen minutes of research on these items, then you are wasting your time.

!!!	*All the medicine in the world* will NOT fix your fish if you don't get a GRIP on at LEAST the above details.**
